Working with student crews and collaborating with a professional design team is always a great experience. I have had the opportunity to start with freshman in high school and have always been amazed at how many seem to be drawn into either the theatre path, after working with them in the program, or actually enter into an engineering field because of the opportunities they have had to work with lighting, electrical gear, the automated scenery and motion control we employ in the productions.
