Morley Public Library,
Painesville, Ohio

The Morley Library opened a new 4-story, 60,000 square foot facility, replacing a small, outdated facility. Tec Inc. completed the Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Technology and Lighting Design for this project.

Featured within the building program is an energy efficient, lighting design utilizing a variety of standard fixtures that enhance the architectural features and provide excellent visual comfort. Lighting was designed with visual tasks and building finishes in mind. Stacks are illuminated uniformly on the horizontal and vertical planes using a design standard developed by Tec. The lighting controls for this facility are completely automated.
