Hudson Public Library A state-of-the-art technology system pathways are included featuring a fiber-optic backbone connecting the two floors and utilizing the latest cabling and networking standards throughout the building. The library uniquely operates two independent wireless networks. The mechanical system design is environmentally friendly. The chilled water system utilizes a lower chilled water temperature and greater temperature drop in the system to reduce the air handlers, pumps, piping and ductwork sizes, while maintaining comfort. This approach translates into reduced operating and maintenance costs, as well as a significant savings in initial construction cost. |
