Lake Erie College Arthur S. Holden Center
Painesville, Ohio

One of the first major projects Tec Inc. completed for the college was the engineering and lighting design for the new Arthur S. Holden Student Center.  This award winning facility replaced Lincoln Commons, a mid 1950’s vintage concrete and glass structure. The new facility features a campus bookstore, student dining, some faculty offices, and the student life center.
