Lake Erie College Residence Halls
Painesville, Ohio

This project involved the complete remodeling of two of the four halls on campus – Fowler Hall and Ritter Hall. The somewhat tired, 1950’s structures were transformed into marvelous up-to-date residence halls. The students have warmly received the renovated buildings.  Tec Inc. completed mechanical, electrical & plumbing engineering and lighting design services for this project.
