Pioneer Landerhaven Mechanical engineering included reworking the ventilation system in the kitchen to eliminate odor problems. The ductwork distribution in the dining room was redesigned to allow the ceiling height to be increased. The toilet room ventilation was modified to improve the air flow. The existing building temperature control system will be upgraded. The exisitng rooftop units were utilized for the remodel. |
