This 12,000 square foot residential project was an existing small home with a classical appearance, new construction west and east wings were added to the original structure. An additional new construction carriage house was also added to the property. Extensive landscape and façade lighting were included in the project as it sits prominently on the Bay and will be visible at night from passing boats.
