The Lower Level offers a variety of benefits for the corporate staff and employees, such as a full service kitchen and dining room, a health and fitness center, a central mail room, a 250 seat auditorium and four training rooms. In addition to expanding the on-grade parking facilities, the Lower Level also includes a 200 space interior parking garage. DDR intends to occupy the first and second floors initially, and the remaining two floors are designed as conventional multi-tenant office space. Future growth for the Corporation will include fully occupying all four floors of office space.
